Your Honey Touch bed will last you for years. Here’s why: We spent months to come up with bed frame designs that are not only sturdy and long-lasting but are also good for your spine health.
We only use high-grade metal for our pipes and source it from Tata Steel and Jindal Steel and Power – the biggest and most trusted steel manufacturers in India.
We powder-coat all our metal parts. This helps with two things: One, it gives the bed frames a premium look, making them visually more appealing. Two, it protects the metal from damage due to moisture and humidity.
We only use TVS nuts, which are known for their precision and strength. The brackets we use, too, are sourced from (add a brand here or describe the quality). A good-quality bracket is crucial for the overall health of the bed, as it provides stability and structure to the frame.
What you WON’T get from us: a sinking mattress that compromises your posture.
What you WILL get from us: a high-density foam mattress designed to support your spine and promote restful sleep.
Our designs are smart, our packaging is smarter! And it helps us reduce costs big time. And we pass those savings directly to you.
We deliver our beds using volumetric packaging, a space-efficient method that allows us to fit more products into each shipment. This approach saves a lot of space during transport and lowers our shipping costs.
Flat-packed beds are also easier to handle and load and transport. This helps us streamline our logistics, further reducing operational costs.
You get the best of both worlds—premium beds at great prices! Plus, there is no assembly required. Once your bed arrives, we’ll send you a WhatsApp message with a video link explaining how to unpack and set it up. It’s a simple two-step process, and your bed will be ready to use in no time!
One of the core values that drives us at Honey Touch to be transparent with our customers about our workmanship and bed-making process. Here’s how we make the perfect bed for you:
Step 1: Getting the Raw Materials: We source our metal sheets from Tata Steel and Jindal Steel, so the very foundation of your bed starts with the best materials.
Step 2: Shaping the Metal Sheets: These metal sheets are processed into square and round pipes using specialised equipment at our partner facilities. During this step, the pipes are dipped in rust-prevention oil for added durability.
Step 3: Preparing the Bed Frame: The processed rods are brought to our manufacturing unit and undergo:
Step 4: Adding Brackets: Brackets (describe quality of the brackets here) are assembled onto the frame to make the beds foldable.
Step 5: Chemical Treatment for Durability: The bed frames then undergo a seven-tank or 3-in-1 chemical treatment. This step removes any residual oil, prevents rusting and creates a smooth surface for powder coating.
Step 6: Powder Coating: The frames are electrostatically coated with a high-quality powder. We apply a coating thickness of 60–80 microns to ensure optimal corrosion resistance, adhering to the standards set by Jotun and AkzoNobel – the companies that make powder coating.
Step 7: Baking the Coating: The coated frames are heated at 200°C for a total of 40 minutes (30 minutes baking + 10 minutes curing). This process transforms the powder into a durable, protective paint layer.
Step 8: Quality Testing: These bed frames are then tested for quality and strength. (Details of testing to be added.)
Step 9: Fittings and Finishing Touches: Nuts (high-quality TVS brand) and bolts are securely fitted, and rubber covers are added to each leg to prevent scratches on floors.
Step 10: Mattress Integration: We add single, double or triple-layer mattresses to the frames. (Include mattress density details)
Step 11: Eco-Friendly Packaging: Each bed is carefully packed using recycled materials such as leftover plywood, foam and protective sheets to ensure damage-free delivery. On average, it takes 20 minutes to pack a bed.
Step 12: Dispatch: This is the final, and our favourite, step—delivering your chosen bed straight to your door!
We take the testing of our beds very seriously to ensure every piece that reaches you is sturdy, durable, and finished to perfection. Here's a list of checks we carry out:
1. Micron Check: A specialised micron machine is used to measure the thickness of the coating, ensuring it's between 60 to 80 microns for optimum durability and rust protection.
2. Salt Test: In this, we apply salt spray to the metal surface to make sure that the powder coating can withstand corrosion and keep the bed looking great for a long time.
3. Bending and Impact Tests: We bend and strike the metal to make sure it can handle real-world wear and tear without cracking or losing its shape.
4. Finishing Touches: Our team inspects every frame for smooth edges, flawless coating and sturdy fittings. Nothing gets past their eyes!
